Quinn is a permanent law clerk on the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia. She previously worked as a public defender in Las Vegas, Nevada and Montgomery County, Maryland. Quinn is a graduate of UNLV and Georgetown University Law Center. She has been coaching with VaMT since January 2019.
